Shakira Neighborhood Inaugural Ball

Last night as we were entering the Convention Center in Washington DC to go to the Mid-Atlantic Ball, we saw Shakira as she was leaving the Neighborhood Ball. The picture below of Shakira right after she put her coat on and about to brave the cold along with her crew and some tourists.

People were approaching her or just standing from afar with their cameras.
