Tiki Hut Restaurant, Turks and Caicos

>> Saturday, January 10, 2009

Everytime I come to Turks and Caicos, I need to go to the Tiki Hut Wednesday night ribs and chicken. It's the same everytime: conch fritters, ribs, chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, and vegetables. It's become a sort of tradition.

The food is excellent and it's always a happening on Wednesday night. Although the servers aren't the friendliest people in the world, the atmosphere and food make up for it.

The restaurant is located in Turtle Cove, right next to the main port on Grace Bay. There is a bar right by the area where they sell tiki hut shirts. You can get a beer and a shirt for $20. It also has a covered area as well as an exposed area and is most beautiful during the night. You can eat and then walk around, looking at the boats and viewing the stars.
