MGM recently changed its name to Disney Hollywood Studios to make it more generic - cover their bases for the future.

Some highlights of Disney Hollywood Studios:

Lights! Motors! Action! Extreme Stunt Show: Come at least 20 minutes early for this stunt show. Good for all ages and even people with no interest in cars. They walk you through how a stunt is filmed and show you some tricks afterwards. It's worth it just to see the car jump on the ramp in reverse and the cars riding on two wheels.

Star Tours: This is a virtual tour that takes you through space with the star wars characters. Now a highlight but head over if you have the time.

Tour of Terror: Let's be honest - no one really likes the Tour of Terror. No one likes the feeling of falling thirteen stories with only a seat belt around the waist. You must, however, do it once while you're in the park. It gives you a great adrenalin rush and you'll be happy when it's over.

Rock N' Roller Coaster: My favorite Disney ride and arguably my favorite ride of all time. Aerosmith is late for a concert and takes us, the fans, with them in a stretch limo. It goes 0-60 in 2.8 seconds and gives you an incredible rush.

Fantasmic: We got to the show 90 minutes early, which was way earlier than necessary at this time of year. Arguably the best show in Disney - any age witll love the lasers and lights. This show pulls every Disney bad guy and puts them into one event, with the connecting theme of using your imagination to create and realize dreams.
